Working Hard

Getting up very early in the morning is discipline that I would love to possess. There is nothing that beats an early morning approach on life every single day with out the rush and panic of a hectic morning. We all strive for excellence in our lives and we show our efforts through hard work and focus. I encourage you to stay strong for you will be rewarded for you efforts. How to Focus and Never Give Up

Irrespective of whatever heights you may have achieved in the past, every day is a new day and one needs to look ahead, plan and work. Oh but please don't forget to have Joy in your path or else there is just no point of all your works. Being constantly motivated in our work is the greatest challenge. How to Stay Motivated at Work.

The top performer’s have an attitude for success : If I work smart, there are ways to accelerate the decision-making process. If I work hard, too, I’ll find more opportunities to do that than my competitors will. There’s a danger, though, in trying to work too smart, or not hard enough. You start cutting corners and start forgetting what is really important.

Working hard and working smart go hand in hand.

A man willing to work, and unable to find work, is perhaps the saddest sight that fortune's inequality exhibits under this sun.- Thomas Carlyle
Remember to reward yourself through all your effort and be strong of mind. For success is a steep hill that we must climb and sometimes a hill we climb alone. When we get to the top it is truly glorious but it does not mean it will be the end of the journey. For life is build out of lessons that we choose to take and whether you choose or not, destiny will be your own fate. Conquer Yourself because you are your own worst enemy.

It is easy getting to the top... its harder staying there.
(The greatest lesson I learnt  when it comes to competition. )

Why You are Unsuccessful

What Is Success?
Success is having all that you wanted to have. It's finding that you have achieved your goals or fulfilled your plans and it's waking up in the morning feeling victorious rather than feeling beaten up. Success is walking proudly in the streets with your head up high while being happy and satisfied.

How to Be Successful in Life?
Contrary to common beliefs, there are no successful or unsuccessful people, instead there are just people who have the potential to succeed and do things that realize this potential, and people with the same potential who don’t do those things. The only thing you need to do to succeed is doing exactly what successful people do and this is the main aim of this guide. When you go through all of the pages you will acquire the mentality of a successful person and that alone will be the basis for your success.

What Makes Me Unsuccessful?
If you really want to be successful then you should have a solid understanding of certain concepts that can limit your potential and make you unsuccessful. Successful people avoid these harmful concepts and so should you:

False Beliefs: False beliefs are incorrect ideas you hold about something or about yourself. An example of a false belief could be “I can never find a job in such a country” . False beliefs act as limiters to your true potential and so to your success. Getting rid of false beliefs and knowing more about them is the most important task that you should do if you are serious about success. False beliefs can not only limit your success potential but they can even ruin your life, some people stay broken for years after a breakup just because they had some false beliefs about love that they acquired from the media.

External Locus of Control: This is the way of thinking that makes a person assume that everything that happens to him is due to external factors. For example: saying an exam was too hard when you don't do well or claiming high unemployment is the reason you can't find a job. The flip side to that is Internal Locus of Control which is thinking that you are in charge and in control of everything that happens to you. None who are successful have an external locus of control, so if you are serious about success you should learn how to change your way of thinking from having an external locus of control to having an internal locus of control.

Lack of Persistence: What good is it to have many qualities and skills if you lose hope after failing once or twice? The only people who succeed in life are the persistent, those who continue working right to the end until they get what they want, even if everything was against them and even if they fail many times.

Lack of Flexibility: Flexibility is the ability to adapt to external conditions, it's the ability to try something else or another method when your current method fails. The more flexible you are, the more you will become adaptable and the higher chances of success you'll have.

Lack of Planning: If you don’t have goals or plans then you are going to be a part of other people's plans. If you don’t plan to be the team leader at your work then someone else in your team will do and if you don't plan to get that high paying job someone else who planned and worked for it will take it from you. If you don’t plan you will get swept away by the people who do. They will fill the positions, make the money and get the fame while you'll just be a spectator, as such, planning is an essential item in the success toolkit.

Lack of Self-confidence: If you don't have self-confidence then probably you will be too shy of presenting your ideas and you may give up your dreams as soon as someone tells you that they are not possible. You may fear taking any risks and so ignore many opportunities that could have made you successful. If you want to increase your chances of being a successful person, then you must build your self-confidence. You can build it from scratch using the ultimate guide for building self-confidence.

Thinking that you lack resources: In my book How i did it i explained how i managed to make a website that generates thousands of dollars/month in less than 2 years with an initial investmentthat is less than 50 dollars!! Don't fool yourself by thinking that you lack resources because if you are serious about success, you will do it without having any resources. This website is one of the examples of successful business that required no resources at the start up.

Success related Fears: I am not talking about normal fears, but the types of fears that can affect your ability to succeed are fear of failure and fear of success. While they both seem to be complete opposites still they do have the same effect on you, which is preventing you from trying and so leading you to failure.

10 Reasons you are not Rich

10 Reasons You Aren't Rich

The reason why you aren't a millionaire (or on your way to becoming one) is really quite simple. You probably assume it's because you aren't earning enough money, but the truth is that for most people, whether or not you become a millionaire has very little to do with the amount of money you make. It's the way that you treat money in your daily life. Here are 10 possible reasons you aren't a millionaire:

1. You Care What Your Neighbors Think: If you're competing against them and their material possessions, you're wasting your hard-earned money on toys to impress them instead of building your wealth.

2. You Aren't Patient: Until the era of credit cards, it was difficult to spend more than you had. That is not the case today. If you have credit card debt because you couldn't wait until you had enough money to purchase something in cash, you are making others wealthy while keeping yourself in debt.

3. You Have Bad Habits: Whether it's smoking, drinking, gambling or some other bad habit, the habit is using up a lot of money that could go toward building wealth. Most people don't realize that the cost of their bad habits extends far beyond the immediate cost. Take smoking, for example: It costs a lot more than the pack of cigarettes purchased. It also negatively affects your wealth in the form of higher insurance rates and decreased value of your home.

4.
You Have No Goals: It's difficult to build wealth if you haven't taken the time to know what you want. If you haven't set wealth goals, you aren't likely to attain them. You need to do more than state, "I want to be a millionaire." You need to take the time to set saving and investing goals on a yearly basis and come up with a plan for how to achieve those goals.

5. You Haven't Prepared: Bad things happen to the best of people from time to time, and if you haven't prepared for such a thing to happen to you through insurance, any wealth that you might have built can be gone in an instant.

6. You Try to Make a Quick Buck: For the vast majority of us, wealth doesn't come instantly. You may believe that people winning the lottery are a dime a dozen, but the truth is you're far more likely to get struck by lightning than win the lottery. This desire to get rich quickly likely extends into the way you invest, with similar results.

7. You Rely on Others to Take Care of Your Money: You believe that others have more knowledge about money matters, and you rely exclusively on their judgment when deciding where you should invest your money. Unfortunately, most people want to make money themselves, and this is their primary objective when they tell you how to invest your money. Listen to other people's advice to get new ideas, but in the end you should know enough to make your own investing decisions.

8. You Invest in Things You Don't Understand: Your hear that Bob has made a lot of money doing it, and you want to get in on the gravy train. If Bob really did make money, he did so because he understood how the investment worked. Throwing in your money because someone else has made money without fully understanding how the investment works will keep you from being wealthy.

9. You're Financially Afraid: You are so scared of risk that you keep all your money in a savings account that is actually losing money when inflation is put into the equation, yet you refuse to move it to a place where higher rates of return are possible because you're afraid that you will lose money.

10. You Ignore Your Finances: You take the attitude that if you make enough, the finances will take care of themselves. If you currently have debt, it will somehow resolve itself in the future. Unfortunately, it takes planning to become wealthy. It doesn't magically happen to the vast majority of people.

In reality, it is probably not just one of the above bad habits that has kept you from becoming a millionaire, but a combination of a few of them. Take a hard look at the list, and do some reflecting. If you want to be a millionaire, it's well within your power, but you'll have to face the issues that are currently keeping you from creating that wealth before you will have a chance to call yourself one.

Millionaire attitude: Think Rich

Everybody wants to be rich. We think about, we imagine ourselves being rich, we sing about in our showers winning Oscars and Grammy's on top of it. They say rich is the company you keep.

Model the Millionaire Mindset

When the rich spend time with other rich and successful people they are also influenced, but in a positive way. They feed off each other and model each other to become even more wealthy and successful. They can exchange positive ideas and opportunities rather than moaning and complaining. People with a millionaire mindset do not associate with people that are negative and pessimistic. They try to surround themselves with others that have a mindset of success.

Millionaire Mindset Attitude

“If they can do it, I can do it”. The millionaire mind is an inspiration to others that are working on developing their millionaire mindset. The quickest way to a millionaire mindset is to spend time with positive and successful people. Model them and pay attention to their thoughts habits and qualities. You can learn much from others with a millionaire mind. The more time you spend modeling the rich, reading about the rich and associating with the rich the much better the chances of you becoming rich and successful. They have done what you want to do, so learn from them anyway that you can.

The secret to getting rich is that there IS no secret. There is, however, a commonality that rich people have which can give us a clue to how they did it.
It's called WORK.
Sure, there is the occasional overnight success. It's true in the entertainment industry and in business. And there are also those who are rich due to inheritance. Unless you've got a rich Uncle Vinny set to leave you ten million dollars I think it's safe to move past that option.

The truth is that most wealthy people got there because they had a dream, believed in that dream, equipped themselves to carry out their vision and ACTED on their dream without ceasing.

You could go down the list of financially successful people and you'll find that many of them have had tremendous failures. But they got back up again and kept pursuing their dream.

It's work.

It's Work.

It's WORK!

And it's usually very HARD work.

People usually start any inspiration on high spirit and good will but it quickly dies down because we don't get instant success. I call this the doom of the MTV NOW NOW generation. Patience is our lost virtue, something I suffer from.

In the free world, it is your right to do whatever you want with your aspirations (within the law). And if you want to squander your time and let your dreams die on the vine, that's your choice. But it doesn't have to be that way.And I don't believe we were designed to live that kind of life.

Are there any guarantees that your hard work will turn to riches?

Nope. And anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something.

But, I can guarantee this...

If you dare to dream, choose to believe in your dreams, prepare yourself to do what is needed to make them a reality and take steady, repeated, unrelenting action to reach your dreams, you will grow in ways you cannot imagine.

Ideally, your bank account will grow. But even if it doesn't, you will grow as a person. Some of the biggest lessons I have learned in life have not come from the happy endings, but through adversity.

It's not a secret, my friends.

It's not magic.

We want to believe their is a pill we can take to shower financial success down on us, but the truth is as plain on the nose on your face.

If you've got your big dream, it's time to pursue it.

If you don't have a big dream, or are unsure that it is the way you should go, I recommend reading The Dream Giver by Bruce Wilkinson. It will inspire you and bring clarity to your dream.

Believe in your dream with everything you've got. Surround yourself with others who believe in you. Don't let the naysayers make you stray from your course.

Learn all you can about the task before you, but don't worry about knowing it all. Some of the best learning experiences happen along the way.

And then, take action.

Then take more action.

And keep taking action until you reach your goal.

It's simple, but not easy.

But you CAN do it.

What are you waiting for?
