3 Ways to Change Your Life

Everybody has problems in their life and at some point you may feel miserable and unhappy. It is this moment in your life where your self esteem and confidence are in the pits. This could be cause by many factors and it so difficult to get out the viscous circle. There are 3 things you can do that can change your life instantly. It is a matter of changing your perspective. 

1. Find the lost energy in your life
One of the reasons that people become unhappy is because they do not have the energy required to do things and live an active life. Instead they are overdrawn by tiredness and the stress of daily life and become passive and inactive. They watch life passing in front of them without taking the advantages life has to offer. If you feel that you are in this phase then you need to take actions. You can start by changing your diet. What we eat and drink during the day plays an important role in the levels of energy we have to do things. This is something that many times is not taken into account by many people but a healthy diet. Try a week of junk- food free detox and eat as little meat as possible. It will make it easier for your body to heal its self from bad toxins, stress and energy.

2. Improve your self esteem
Low self-esteem can destroy everything beautiful about yourself. Its difficult to have a positive thought when you think you don't deserve one. Enough of the wall of woe. Being a pessimist is no way to live a life of abundance and joy. Change your perspective. People with high self esteem approach life from a different angle and they are optimistic about the future. Learn to appreciate the small things in life, learn to respect your self, your beliefs and abilities and I constantly say- Be Thankful, be thankful for every little you have and every little thing that makes who you are. 

3. Find happiness in your life
Happiness is what makes your life enjoyable and what can give you strength and courage to over stand life difficulties and obstacles. People who are happy have learned one thing. They have learned how to enjoy life and appreciate the little things that give you a lot of happiness. Happiness is on those small things and not on the big things as many people believe. Happiness is not in money, big houses or luxury cars but is on the love of your friends and family and on those everyday things that happen in life. Happiness is when you enjoy a nice meal with your friends and when you watch a good movie with your family. Happiness is when you go home from work and have time to spend with your family or do activities you like. Do not look for happiness in tangible things but look for happiness in things that you do and happen everyday. Take the effort to learn how to find happiness in your life and this will help you change your life.

A change in your life will only come if you want it and if you try and find it. It will not happen just like that and it will certainly not happen if you are passive and pessimistic. Search for a better life because you deserve to have a better life. Let the pessimism and negative thinking go away and start thinking positive. Become active and take control of your life instead of being controlled by it. Each new day is a great opportunity for you to make a new beginning.

We seem to be going through a period of nostalgia, and everyone seems to think yesterday was better than today. I don't think it was, and I would advise you not to wait ten years before admitting today was great.
